Rick Black AKA Cousin Rick, is the author of Grillin' Like A Villain, Deer Burger Cookbook, Cabin Cookin', as well as sixteen other outdoor cooking and hunting books. Cousin Rick lives in southeast Iowa with his wife, Mrs. Becky. He has a weekly spot on the American Outdoor Trails radio show and write the Cousin Rick Says columns for the Fort Madison Daily Democrat and Keokuk Gate City newspapers.
Along with having several best selling books on outdoor cookery, Cousin Rick is a well seasoned outdoor chef. Cousin Rick's favorite cooking methods include: Dutch oven, Grilling , Smoker, and Campfire cookery. Cousin Rick makes several appearances on Midwest T.V. cooking shows were he proudly cooks his favorite "vittles" using Camp Chef products.
